The staff were so helpful .

I was disappointed with the initial room situation. We had asked for two queen beds but ended up with a king, exhausting after a long drive. The maintenance for the towel rack was only a temporary fix, but it made using the bathroom frustrating. I felt isolated when no one at the bar would acknowledge me.

Location: the hotel was right by a gas station/convenience store and the mall. The staff was very very helpful and knowledgeable, good service. The room of the property was new-fashioned and big size with the bedroom and sofa bed and a microwave.

The rooms are spacious and huge with exceptionally comfortable beds.

Can't recommend highly enough for a rapid stop

The facilities were great! We loved the clean environment, friendly vibe, and comfy beds. Enjoying the pool area was a highlight!

The towel rack fell off when I reached for a towel, what a lovely surprise! The bartender was the most unwelcoming person in existence, do they even train them here? I almost gave a good review for the shuttle service, but woudl ve been nice to have some sort of treat for enduring all of this.

The hotel's location is quiet yet easily accessible off the highway, perfect for a quick stay. Check-in was smooth with fast and friendly service. The lounge area for breakfast is nice, and I appreciated the decent selection of complimentary options. My room felt modern and spacious, with everything I needed for comfort. I loved having business internet access available. The pool and hot tub area were adequate and family-friendly, although the pool temperature could be warmer for a more enjoyable swim. The breakfast staff were particularly cute. Although I encountered some minor issues, like the towel rack falling off easily, maintenance responded promptly, so it didn't spoil the experience. I found the coffee strength at breakfast lacking, but the overall stay was solid, especially for the price.

We really enjoyed the nearby Rimrocks! The views were fine and the nearly 4-mile trail offered a perfect way to explore with my teenage daughter. We also enjoyed the heated pool, great for unwinding after a day out. The stay was relaxing.

My kids wished for more family-friendly activities on-site.

The only downside was the slightly noisy highway near my room, which interrupted our sleep a bit, but it didn't ruin our fun overall.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the heated pool and spa area. The breakfast selection was fantastic, and I loved that I could grab a quick snack from the little kitchen setup in my room.
