The staff were so helpful during my stay.

I was disappointed with the initial room situation. We had asked for two queen beds but ended up with a king, which was exhausting after a long drive. The maintenance for the towel rack was only a temporary fix, but it made using the bathroom frustrating. I felt isolated when no one at the bar would acknowledge me.

I almost gave a good review for the shuttle service, but woudl ve been nice to have some sort of treat for enduring all of this.

the elevator was broken during my stay which was a hassle. the breakfast area had pre-made omelettes the staff helped with recommendations, and the pool area was nice and clean.
